This one’s still a work in progress. I’m working together with Emiel Haegeman, trying to create a black-white fanzine story of our counterparts Ob (Bo) & Omol (Emiel) and their adventures. It’s a great way to try out many new materials and styles within one assignment.
I don’t own grayscale oil pastels, so I marked all of my available colors on a sheet of paper, scanned it, turned it to grayscale values and then made a selection in tones. In short, I illustrated this page knowing how my yellows would turn to greys.
