Intrigued by the embroidered storytelling of Thisou Dartois and Aurélie William Levaux, I felt inspired to use this particular medium for my master’s project. There was just one small issue: I had never embroidered before.
These are my very first “sketches” where I was exploring and looking for a style and color palette, while trying out different kinds of stitches.
